Product Introduction
To provide Gates with an offering to match our major mining competitors, particularly for hoses
used in underground jumbo drill rigs. A high abrasion resistant, durable cover products. Meet
or exceed all requirements of SAE 100R13.
Recommended for extremely high-pressure, high-impulse applications
such as hydrostatic transmissions.
Application
Hydraulic system service with petroleum and water base fluids, for general industrial service. Mining industry ,especially for anti-abrasion purpose.
Compatible with biodegradable hydraulic fluids like polyester, polyglycols and vegetable oil as well as standard petroleum based fluids.
Advantage
Abrasion resistance. Test per ISO6945,weight loss less than 0.02g/2000cycles
Offer end-user pricing situated between the standard and MegaTuff covered hoses.
